紙飛行機で大気圏突入
日本人が紙飛行機の飛行記録（ギネス）を更新したそうです。その記録、なんと28秒間の長飛行。

コツは高く飛ばすことなのだとか。でも素人がやると、失速して墜落・・・白い目で見られそう。
記事によると、その紙飛行機は折り紙サイズとのこと。それでこんなに飛ぶんですね。
実はこの方、折り紙協会の会長さんなんだそうですが、彼には大きな夢がありました。

30年前、最初に宇宙から帰還するスペースシャトルを見た時、過去に自分が折っていた紙飛行機に形がそっくりなことに驚いたそうです。

「紙飛行機でも同じことができるんじゃないか？」と思ったそうですが、さすがに当時は完全に無視されたのだとか。
しかし、彼は執念深く専門家を説得し、昨年ついに9000万円の研究助成がもらえることになりました。
そのプロジェクトは、なんと国際宇宙ステーションから紙飛行機を飛ばし、約１週間後に地球上で回収するというもの。(°◇°;) ゲッ
